No — your crew reviews the estimate and shares it with the customer directly, by text, phone call, or in person on-site. You stay in full control of every customer interaction.
How do my crew members share the quote with the customer?
However works best for your business. Most crews text the number to the customer, call them with the quote, or give it to them in person when they arrive on-site. Quote My Junk gives you the number — you decide how to deliver it.
What are the different ways to generate an estimate?
There are three ways your crew can get an estimate: (1) Upload photos sent in by the customer beforehand, (2) Snap photos on-site directly in the app, or (3) Select items individually from a built-in list — no photos needed. Use whichever method fits the job.
